Three ways to hand over an old appliance

When we deliver a new one
In Riga and the nearby area, when we deliver with our own van, we can take your old appliance right away. Recycling is free. We can also take other old appliances – just agree it with us in advance.

When you collect from our warehouse
Coming to pick up your purchase? Bring your old fridge, washing machine, TV or any other appliance with you – we will unload it and recycle it free of charge.

Even without a purchase
The warehouse territory is open on business days from 7:00 to 19:00. Bring your old appliance to gate No. 7, Rēzeknes iela 3A, Riga, and leave it for recycling – free of charge.
If the appliance has to be carried down
The recycling itself is always free. If the old appliance is in a hard-to-reach place – for example, on an upper floor of an apartment building – and has to be carried down, carrying it out is paid as agreed. Usually it goes together with carrying in the new one: we bring the new appliance in and take the old one out. Ask about it on WhatsApp or by phone +371 22059100 when you order.
How to prepare the old appliance
- Disconnect it from electricity and water in advance.
- Defrost the fridge or freezer beforehand.

The DPD courier does not take old appliances. If your order is delivered by DPD, bring the old appliance to our warehouse yourself.

Questions and answers
Is recycling really free?
Yes. You do not pay for the recycling itself. A fee is possible only for carrying the appliance out of a hard-to-reach place – as agreed in advance.
Can I bring an old appliance if I am not buying anything?
Yes. On business days from 7:00 to 19:00, at gate No. 7, Rēzeknes iela 3A, Riga.
Will the DPD courier take my old appliance?
No. We take old appliances only when we deliver with our own van in Riga and the nearby area. Elsewhere, bring the old appliance to our warehouse yourself.
How do I arrange a pick-up?
When you order, write on WhatsApp or call +371 22059100 – we will agree on the time and, if needed, on carrying the appliance out.
