If fraud or the provision of incorrect data is suspected, the Seller reserves the right to request additional identification (for example, presentation of an identity document or company registration data), to the extent necessary and legally justified.
3. Prices, payment and order cancellation
Prices in the Store are stated in euros (€) including VAT, unless indicated otherwise. The payment methods are shown at checkout.
The Buyer may request cancellation of an order until it has been confirmed and handed over for picking/dispatch. If the goods have already been dispatched, the right-of-withdrawal rules apply (see the section Product Returns, Right of Withdrawal and Refunds).
4. Delivery and receipt of goods
The delivery terms, deadlines and costs are indicated at checkout and/or in the order confirmation. Delivery deadlines are indicative and may change due to logistics, suppliers or other objective circumstances.
Detailed terms on delivery, receipt, inspection and additional services are described in the section Delivery and Payment Terms.
5. Right of withdrawal and product returns
Detailed information on the right of withdrawal, exceptions, inspection of goods, diminished value and refunds is available in the section: Product Returns, Right of Withdrawal and Refunds.
6. Warranty and service
Warranty and non-conformity cases, the diagnostics/examination procedure and deadlines are described in the section Warranty Terms. For B2B specifics — see the B2B Terms.

8. Limitation of liability
The Seller’s liability for any losses (direct or indirect) is limited to the amount of the specific order, unless the applicable laws provide otherwise. Indirect losses (incl. lost profit, reputational damage, the costs of alternative goods/solutions, downtime, etc.) are not compensated, to the extent permitted by law.
9. The Buyer’s obligations and prohibitions
The Buyer is prohibited from using the Store for fraudulent purposes, entering knowingly false information, disrupting the operation of the Store, or publishing false, offensive or unlawful content. In the event of violations, the Seller is entitled to take reasonable measures to prevent abuse, including refusing an order or restricting access to the Store.
10. Personal data and cookies
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy. The Store uses cookies and similar technologies — see the Cookie Policy for details.

Applicable law: the laws of the Republic of Latvia.
