If you pay by transfer for delivery with our own van, the delivery and carry-in fee is paid separately in cash to the courier: delivery is done by our partners.
ESTO 3 and ESTO instalments
Choose ESTO as the payment method, fill in the application on the ESTO site and sign the contract with Smart-ID. We hand over or send the item after ESTO approves.

ESTO instalments: the annual percentage rate of ESTO LV AS is 52.7 % under these example conditions: credit amount 1,199 €, cost of goods/services 1,199 €, down payment 0 %, fixed interest rate 22.2 %, contract fee 29.90 €, monthly administration fee 9.90 €, total amount of credit and repayments 1,496.70 €, if repaid in 12 months in monthly payments of 122.24 € (first payment 152.14 € with the contract fee). Your rate is individual. Lender: ESTO LV AS. ESTO reviews the application and makes the decision. For companies
Invoice with full company details
- We issue the invoice to your company.
- Payment by bank transfer only.
- For goods listed in Article 143.¹ of the VAT Act, VAT reverse charge applies to VAT payers (we check VIES).
Refunds
- If you return an item within 14 days, we refund within 14 days.
- Using the same payment method, unless agreed otherwise.
- For ESTO purchases the refund goes through ESTO.
Questions and answers
Do I have to pay in advance?
No. You pay when the item is ready for pickup or dispatch. For items «Available to order» you pay nothing until the item is in our warehouse.
Can I pay by bank card?
We do not accept bank cards at the moment. You can pay by bank transfer, in cash or by instant payment in our shop, or with ESTO.
Can I buy appliances in instalments?
Yes, with ESTO. ESTO 3 for marked items: 3 equal payments every 30 days. ESTO instalments for purchases from 50 €: term 6–60 months, ESTO sets the rate individually. Warning! Borrowing costs money.
Can I pay the courier in cash?
Yes, our own courier in Riga and the nearby area. DPD couriers do not accept cash: DPD orders are paid by transfer before dispatch.
Can I pay by instant payment?
Yes, in our shop at Rēzeknes iela 3A, if your bank supports it.
Do you issue invoices to companies?
Yes, with full company details. Companies pay by bank transfer only. For goods listed in Article 143.¹ of the VAT Act, VAT reverse charge applies to VAT payers.
When do I get my money back if I return an item?
No later than 14 days after the withdrawal notice, using the same payment method. For ESTO purchases the refund goes through ESTO.
Can the price change after I order?
No. Prices include 21 % VAT and the order total is fixed when the order is confirmed.
