Payment Terms

1. General

These terms set out how and when to pay for purchases in the online store 1store.lv. The store is operated by Mercurius Trade SIA, reg. No. 40203063532, VAT No. LV40203063532, Rēzeknes iela 3A, Riga, LV-1073 (hereinafter – the Seller).

2. Payment methods

We do not accept bank cards at the moment.

3. When to pay

No prepayment. Items marked «Available to order» are not paid for until they are in our warehouse.
Pickup in store and express delivery with our own van: in store you pay on site – in cash or by instant bank transfer if your bank supports it. With our own van you pay in cash on delivery, or by bank transfer – then we deliver once the payment is received, and the delivery and carry-in fee is paid separately – in cash to the courier (the service is provided by our partners).
Standard delivery with DPD: the DPD courier does not accept money. When the item is ready to ship, we send the invoice; we hand the item to DPD once the payment is received.
ESTO: we hand over or ship the item after ESTO has approved the application and the contract is signed.

4. ESTO 3 and ESTO instalments

Choose ESTO 3 or ESTO instalments as the payment method, fill in the application on ESTO's site and sign the contract with Smart-ID, then confirm the order.
ESTO 3: the purchase amount is split into 3 equal parts – one every 30 days. 0 % interest and 0 € fees when payments are made on time. If a payment is more than 7 days late, the discount is lost and a schedule with interest and fees applies – up to 36 months.
ESTO instalments: term from 6 to 60 months; the longest term depends on the purchase amount. The product page shows the estimated monthly payment; you will see the exact terms in the contract before signing.
Representative examples. ESTO 3: price of the item 600,00 €, 3 payments of 200,00 € every 30 days, interest rate 0 %, contract fee 0 €, APR 0 %, total amount payable 600,00 €. ESTO instalments: The annual percentage rate of ESTO LV AS hire purchase is 52,7 % under the following example conditions: loan amount 1 199 €, cost of goods/services 1 199 €, down payment 0 %, fixed interest rate 22,2 %, contract fee 29,90 €, monthly administration fee 9,90 €, total amount of the loan and repayments 1 496,70 €, subject to repayment within 12 months in monthly instalments of 122,24 € (first instalment 152,14 € including the contract fee). Your rate is personal.

Credit provider – ESTO LV AS. ESTO reviews the application and makes the decision. You can withdraw from the contract within 14 days after signing. Terms: esto.eu.

5. Invoices for companies

For companies and self-employed persons we issue an invoice with full details. Payment – by bank transfer only, cash is not available.
For goods listed in Section 143.¹ of the Latvian VAT Act, if the buyer is a registered VAT payer (checked in the VIES register), the VAT reverse charge applies – VAT 0 %. Delivery keeps 21 % VAT.

6. Prices

Prices are in euro and include 21 % VAT. The order amount is fixed when the order is confirmed and does not change later.

7. Refunds

If the Buyer exercises the right of withdrawal, we refund the money within 14 days using the same payment method, unless the Parties agree otherwise. If the purchase was made with ESTO, the refund goes through ESTO. Full procedure – on the Product Returns page.
