Mercurius Trade SIA is committed to improving the accessibility of the 1store.lv website so that it is understandable and usable by the widest possible range of users, including persons with disabilities.

Accessibility status

Our goal is to ensure accessibility in line with the WCAG 2.1 guidelines at least at AA level, also taking into account the applicable EU regulations on the accessibility of products and services (including e-commerce services).

What may not yet be fully accessible

some product images may not yet have complete alternative text (alt);
certain third-party modules (e.g. payment solutions or chats) may not meet all accessibility requirements;
in some cases PDF/DOCX attachments may not be fully optimised for screen readers.

We are gradually resolving the identified issues and improving the site’s content and features.
