Standard delivery across Latvia is now handled by DPD – our courier partner. Here is what it means for you.

Delivery to the building entrance anywhere in Latvia – usually within 1–2 business days after dispatch.
Dispatched the same day
Orders placed on a business day by 14:00 are handed to DPD the same day, if the item is in stock.
A 1-hour window
DPD sends an SMS and an e-mail with a 1-hour delivery window. If the time does not suit you, you can reschedule.
Track your parcel
You get a link that shows where your parcel is right now – from our warehouse until delivery.
Carry-in – all over Latvia
DPD can carry a large or heavy item – a washing machine, a fridge, a cooker – inside. Add the service at checkout; we agree the floor and the price before delivery.
- Weight of one item – up to 80 kg.
- Longest side – up to 220 cm.
- Without a lift – up to the 5th floor; with a suitable lift – any floor.
- Doors, stairs and passages must be wider than the item.
How it works
- On the product page, open «Delivery» and enter your postal code – you will see the price and the estimated delivery day.
- Place the order and choose «Standard delivery». Add carry-in if you need it.
- Pay for the order before delivery – the DPD courier does not accept cash.
- DPD sends you the delivery window – all that is left is to receive the item.
Good to know
- The delivery price depends on the address, size and weight of the item. You see the final price at checkout – nothing is added later.
- Need it on a specific day? Note it in the order – we will hand it to DPD so that it does not arrive earlier.
- If the item is not in stock right now, we confirm the delivery date within 1 business day.
Need it even faster?
In Riga and the nearby area we also deliver with our own van – often the same day. You can also collect the item at our warehouse at Rēzeknes iela 3A, Riga.
