1. Who can write a review
Only a customer who bought the product at 1Store.lv can review it. After delivery the customer receives a personal link by email or WhatsApp, and the review is linked to the order.
That is why every review carries a "Verified purchase" badge. We do not accept reviews without a purchase.
2. How we ask for reviews
We ask every customer, whether or not they liked the purchase. We do not pick satisfied customers.
We do not pay for reviews or give discounts, gifts or other benefits for them.
3. What we publish
We publish all reviews, positive and negative, with the customer's rating from 1 to 5 stars.
A review appears immediately. If it contains links or rude words, a person checks it before publication.
Customers can edit their review with the same personal link.
4. What we withhold or remove
Only reviews that contain abuse or insults, advertising or links, other people's personal data (phone numbers, emails, addresses) or content unrelated to the product or purchase.
We never remove or hide reviews because of a low rating.
5. Replies and names
We may reply to reviews publicly. The customer chooses the name shown with the review; we never show email or phone.
6. Store reviews
Reviews of the store as a whole are published on Google and Salidzini.lv under those platforms' rules. We ask every customer for one after delivery.
7. Questions
If you think a review is fake or breaks these rules, email 1store@mercurius.lv. We will look into it.
