Delivery terms

No need to pay now: an item ordered from the supplier is paid for once it arrives at the 1Store warehouse (for DPD delivery the invoice is paid before dispatch). Cancellation is free until dispatch. If the supplier does not confirm the item or the date changes, we will let you know and offer a new date or cancellation, and refund any payment within 14 days.

Delivery of AEG LTR8E363E in Riga and within 20 km of our warehouse at Rēzeknes iela 3A with our van to the building door: from 20 €, carry-in to the flat 10 € per floor, with a lift as one floor. DPD to the building door: 28 € in the 12 major cities, 28-35 € in the rest of Latvia depending on the postcode. Delivery takes 1-2 working days after dispatch. DPD carries it in, without a lift up to the 5th floor: with carry-in 56 € and 61-68 €.

AEG LTR8E363E costs 493 €, the complete service in Riga and the area within 12 km of our warehouse at Rēzeknes iela 3A costs 60 €, total 553 €. It includes delivery, carry-in where a lift is available, disconnection and removal of the old machine for recycling, connection of the new one to the existing water tap and drain, and removal of the transport bolts. From 12 to 20 km there is a 15 € distance surcharge. Without a lift there is a floor surcharge: the carry-in price (10 € per floor or 5 € if you help carry it) minus the 10 € already included; the amount is shown in the order form.

You can order it in Riga and within 20 km of our warehouse at Rēzeknes iela 3A: the technician connects the machine to the existing water tap and drain and removes the transport bolts. When ordering, choose delivery with our own van and «Connected»; the price is shown in the order total at once. Outside Riga we deliver with DPD without installation.

Inspect the packaging and the item on delivery, record any visible damage in the delivery document together with the courier and tell us right away. If you notice damage later, after opening the packaging, write or call us as soon as possible and attach a photo or video.

We are responsible for transport damage until the item is handed over to you: we will replace it, repair it or refund you. Not recording damage on delivery does not take away your right to report a lack of conformity within 2 years.

Yes. Within 14 days of receiving it you can withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason, and then return the item within 14 days. Use it only as much as needed to inspect it, just as in a store.

The buyer pays for the return transport: bring the item to our warehouse at Rēzeknes iela 3A, or in Riga and within 20 km we collect it for the delivery price (20 / 25 / 40 €) plus carrying out. If the item is faulty or not as described, you do not pay these costs.

We refund within 14 days of the notice; if you return the item yourself, once we receive it or proof of sending. You can withdraw online: Withdraw from the contract.
