DJI Power 2000 is a portable power station with a 2048 Wh LFP (lithium iron phosphate) battery that keeps more than 80% of its capacity after 4000 cycles. Total AC output is 3000 W, and capacity can be expanded to 22 528 Wh by adding up to 10 expansion batteries.

It has 4 AC outlets, 4 USB-C ports (two up to 140 W and two up to 65 W), 4 USB-A ports up to 24 W and 2 SDC ports. From the grid it charges to 80% in about 45 minutes, it can also be charged from solar panels and in a car, and it can be controlled with an app over Wi-Fi or Bluetooth. It weighs about 22 kg, and an AC power cable is included.

When will I get DJI Power 2000?

DJI Power 2000 is in our warehouse in Riga, Rēzeknes iela 3A. Pickup 1 hour after ordering, business days 11:00-18:00. With our van in Riga and within 20 km of the warehouse we deliver the same day if you order on a business day by 17:00 (12 to 20 km by 12:00). DPD across Latvia: order by 14:00 and we dispatch the same day, delivery in 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Will DJI Power 2000 fit in the lift and through the doors?

Package: 51 × 29 × 39 cm, 25 kg. Measure the lift car and the door openings and compare; if unsure, message us on WhatsApp.

How much are delivery and carry-in?

Delivery of DJI Power 2000 in Riga and within 20 km of our warehouse at Rēzeknes iela 3A with our van to the building door: from 20 €, carry-in to the flat 10 € per floor, with a lift as one floor. DPD to the building door: 11 € in the 12 major cities, 11-13 € in the rest of Latvia depending on the postcode. Delivery takes 1-2 working days after dispatch. DPD carries it in, without a lift up to the 5th floor: with carry-in 39 € and 44-46 €.

How much is DJI Power 2000 including delivery, carry-in and old appliance removal?

In Riga and within 20 km with our van: delivery from 20 €, carry-in 10 € per floor (with a lift, as one floor), carrying out the old appliance 50 % of the carry-in price, recycling 0 €. With a lift, the total with the item is from 909 €. Outside Riga DPD delivers to the building door or with carry-in; we do not offer old appliance removal there.

What should I do if the item is damaged in delivery?

Inspect the packaging and the item on delivery, record any visible damage in the delivery document together with the courier and tell us right away. If you notice damage later, after opening the packaging, write or call us as soon as possible and attach a photo or video.

We are responsible for transport damage until the item is handed over to you: we will replace it, repair it or refund you. Not recording damage on delivery does not take away your right to report a lack of conformity within 2 years.

Can I return an item?

Yes. Within 14 days of receiving it you can withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason, and then return the item within 14 days. Use it only as much as needed to inspect it, just as in a store.

The buyer pays for the return transport: bring the item to our warehouse at Rēzeknes iela 3A, or in Riga and within 20 km we collect it for the delivery price (20 / 25 / 40 €) plus carrying out. If the item is faulty or not as described, you do not pay these costs.

We refund within 14 days of the notice; if you return the item yourself, once we receive it or proof of sending. You can withdraw online: Withdraw from the contract.

How can I pay?

By bank transfer, in cash (when collecting or on delivery with our own van) or in parts with ESTO. We do not accept bank cards at the moment. With DPD the order is paid before dispatch.
