What 60 € includes
- 1Delivery and carry-in. We bring it with our own van and carry it in if the building has a lift.
- 2Old machine removal. We disconnect the old one and take it for recycling.
- 3Connecting the new one. We connect it to your existing water tap and drain with the supplied hoses.
When ordering, choose delivery with our own van and write “connect” in the order note, or contact us. New taps, drains and other plumbing work are not included. If you help carry, carry-in without a lift is 5 € per floor.

- 1When we deliver a new one. In Riga and nearby, with our own van, we take the old appliance right away.
- 2When you collect from our warehouse. Bring the old appliance with you, we unload and recycle it.
- 3Even without a purchase. Business days 7:00–19:00, gate No. 7, Rēzeknes iela 3A, Riga.
Recycling itself is always free. Carrying the appliance down from a hard to reach place is paid as agreed. The DPD courier does not take old appliances.

How to return
- 1Tell us in writing at 1store@mercurius.lv; the withdrawal form makes it easier.
- 2We confirm the withdrawal and agree how to hand the item back.
- 3We refund no later than 14 days, using the same payment method.
You may check the item as you would in a shop, but not use it for a long time. Visible signs of use can reduce the refund.
For LG appliances a home visit is booked on the manufacturer’s Latvian website; we will help you do it.
What the warranty covers
- Manufacturing defects and non-conformity: repair, replacement or a refund, as the law provides.
- Damage from impacts, liquids or wrong connection. The service determines the cause.
If something does not work
- 1Write or call us, or book a repair directly at the manufacturer’s service.
- 2We send a copy of the invoice, help you book the repair and follow it up.
- 3If the issue is not solved, we solve it, as the law provides.
