Samsung QE65Q8FAAUXXH is a 2025 Samsung QLED Q8F series TV with a 65-inch 4K screen (3840 × 2160) and an AirSlim design with no bezel on three sides. The backlight is Dual LED with Supreme UHD Dimming and Contrast Enhancer, while Color Booster Pro enhances colours. The panel runs at 50 Hz. Picture processing is handled by the Q4 AI processor, which upscales lower-resolution content to 4K, and Quantum HDR+, HDR10+ (Adaptive) and Filmmaker Mode are supported.

Sound comes from a 20 W 2.0-channel system with Object Tracking Sound Lite and Adaptive Sound+, and with Q-Symphony it can play together with a compatible Samsung soundbar. The TV runs Tizen, can be controlled by voice with Bixby, accepts AirPlay casting from Apple devices, and its built-in SmartThings hub (Zigbee, Thread, Matter) links smart home devices. There are 3 HDMI inputs with 4K 60 Hz, eARC for a soundbar, plus ALLM and Game Motion Plus for console gaming.

Who it is for: everyday TV, news, series and streaming services in a living room, bedroom or kitchen. ALLM is there for console gaming, but this series has no 4K 120 Hz or VRR.

What should I do if the item is damaged in delivery?

Inspect the packaging and the item on delivery, record any visible damage in the delivery document together with the courier and tell us right away. If you notice damage later, after opening the packaging, write or call us as soon as possible and attach a photo or video.

We are responsible for transport damage until the item is handed over to you: we will replace it, repair it or refund you. Not recording damage on delivery does not take away your right to report a lack of conformity within 2 years.

Can I return an item?

Yes. Within 14 days of receiving it you can withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason, and then return the item within 14 days. Use it only as much as needed to inspect it, just as in a store.

The buyer pays for the return transport: bring the item to our warehouse at Rēzeknes iela 3A, or in Riga and within 20 km we collect it for the delivery price (20 / 25 / 40 €) plus carrying out. If the item is faulty or not as described, you do not pay these costs.

We refund within 14 days of the notice; if you return the item yourself, once we receive it or proof of sending. You can withdraw online: Withdraw from the contract.

How can I pay?

By bank transfer, in cash (when collecting or on delivery with our own van) or in parts with ESTO. We do not accept bank cards at the moment. With DPD the order is paid before dispatch.
