Samsung UE50U8092FUXXH is a 2025 Crystal UHD U8000F series TV with a 50-inch LED screen and 4K resolution (3840 × 2160). The panel runs at 50 Hz, and Motion Xcelerator makes motion smoother. Picture processing is handled by the Crystal Processor 4K, which upscales lower-resolution content to 4K (4K Upscaling). Mega Contrast and UHD Dimming improve contrast, Color Booster enhances colours, and HDR10+ and Filmmaker Mode are supported.

Sound comes from a 20 W 2-channel system with Object Tracking Sound Lite (OTS Lite) and Adaptive Sound, while Q-Symphony lets the TV speakers play together with a compatible Samsung soundbar. The TV runs Tizen Smart TV, supports Bixby (Voice Ready), and lets you cast from a phone with Apple AirPlay. For gaming there is auto game mode (ALLM) and VRR, 3 HDMI inputs with 4K 60 Hz, and a soundbar connects via eARC.

Who it is for: a bedroom, kitchen or small living room: everyday TV, streaming services and sports. Console gamers get ALLM and VRR, but the HDMI inputs accept signals up to 4K 60 Hz.

What should I do if the item is damaged in delivery?

Inspect the packaging and the item on delivery, record any visible damage in the delivery document together with the courier and tell us right away. If you notice damage later, after opening the packaging, write or call us as soon as possible and attach a photo or video.

We are responsible for transport damage until the item is handed over to you: we will replace it, repair it or refund you. Not recording damage on delivery does not take away your right to report a lack of conformity within 2 years.

Can I return an item?

Yes. Within 14 days of receiving it you can withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason, and then return the item within 14 days. Use it only as much as needed to inspect it, just as in a store.

The buyer pays for the return transport: bring the item to our warehouse at Rēzeknes iela 3A, or in Riga and within 20 km we collect it for the delivery price (20 / 25 / 40 €). If the item is faulty or not as described, you do not pay these costs.

We refund within 14 days of the notice; if you return the item yourself, once we receive it or proof of sending. You can withdraw online: Withdraw from the contract.

The following cannot be returned: personal care items with opened packaging or a broken protective seal (for example toothbrushes, epilators, shavers, headphones, cosmetics), perishable goods, opened audio or video recordings, software and game packages, and consumables (cartridges, toners, batteries, rechargeable batteries).

How can I pay?

By bank transfer, in cash (when collecting or on delivery with our own van) or in parts with ESTO. We do not accept bank cards at the moment. With DPD the order is paid before dispatch.
