If the item is in stock at our warehouse in Riga, delivery within Riga is usually carried out on the day of the order.
In the Riga region, delivery usually takes 2–3 business days if the item is in stock.
In other cities of Latvia, delivery is carried out within 5–7 business days after confirmation with our store staff.
If the item is currently not in stock, the exact delivery time is agreed individually — please contact our store.

Yes, you can return an item within 14 days of receiving it without giving a reason. The item must not have been used more than necessary to inspect it, just as you would in a regular store.
The following cannot be returned: personal care items with opened packaging or a broken protective seal (for example toothbrushes, epilators, shavers, headphones, cosmetics), perishable goods, opened audio or video recordings, software and game packages, and consumables (cartridges, toners, batteries, rechargeable batteries).
When receiving the item from the courier, please check the packaging right away. If the packaging is damaged, this must be recorded at the moment of acceptance. If the packaging is intact but defects or missing parts are discovered later, please contact us within 3 days.

If you notice damage when receiving your item, please:

• inspect the shipment upon delivery,
• record any visible damage in the acceptance report together with the courier.

If damage is discovered after opening the packaging, please contact us immediately, and no later than within 3 business days, attaching photo or video evidence.
If a defect appears during use, it is handled under warranty by taking the item to an authorised service centre in accordance with the Warranty terms.
