Delivery & returns

When will my order be delivered?

If the item is in our warehouse:

Riga and the nearby area with our own van – order on a business day by 17:00 (farther areas by 12:00), delivered the same day;
all of Latvia with DPD – order by 14:00, dispatched the same day, delivered in 1–2 business days;
pickup in store at Rēzeknes iela 3A – business days 11:00–18:00, items marked «In stock» within 1 hour of ordering.

Orders placed on weekends and public holidays are processed on the next business day. If the item is not in stock, we confirm the date within 1 business day. The product page shows the exact price and day for your address in the «Delivery» section.

How can I pay?

By bank transfer, in cash (when collecting in store or on delivery with our own van) or in parts with ESTO. We do not accept bank cards at the moment.

No prepayment: items marked «Available to order» are paid for only once they are in our warehouse. With DPD the order is paid before dispatch.

Can I return my product?

Yes, you can return an item within 14 days of receiving it without giving a reason. The item must not have been used more than necessary to inspect it, just as you would in a regular store.
The following cannot be returned: personal care items with opened packaging or a broken protective seal (for example toothbrushes, epilators, shavers, headphones, cosmetics), perishable goods, opened audio or video recordings, software and game packages, and consumables (cartridges, toners, batteries, rechargeable batteries).
When receiving the item from the courier, please check the packaging right away. If the packaging is damaged, this must be recorded at the moment of acceptance. If the packaging is intact but defects or missing parts are discovered later, please contact us within 3 days.

What should I do if my item (or part of it) is damaged?

If you notice damage when receiving your item, please:

inspect the shipment upon delivery,
record any visible damage in the acceptance report together with the courier.

If damage is discovered after opening the packaging, please contact us immediately, and no later than within 3 business days, attaching photo or video evidence.
If a defect appears during use, it is handled under warranty by taking the item to an authorised service centre in accordance with the Warranty terms.
