LG OLED77G61LW: 77-inch 4K OLED evo TV with 165 Hz VRR, 4.2-channel sound and Dolby Vision

LG OLED77G61LW is a 2026 LG OLED evo AI G6 series TV with a 77-inch 4K OLED screen (3840 × 2160) and a slim 24.8 mm body without the stand. Every pixel emits its own light, so blacks are completely dark and no backlight is needed. The panel runs at 120 Hz, and games and PCs can use VRR up to 165 Hz. Picture processing is handled by the α11 AI Processor 4K Gen3 with Dual AI Engine, which upscales lower-resolution content to 4K and enhances the HDR picture. Dolby Vision, HDR10 and HLG are supported, along with FILMMAKER MODE.

Sound comes from a 60 W 4.2-channel system with down-firing speakers, Dolby Atmos and α11 AI Sound Pro with virtual 11.1.2 surround. The TV runs webOS 26, supports voice control including hands-free, and lets you cast from a phone with Apple AirPlay or Google Cast. For gaming there are 4 HDMI inputs with 4K 120 Hz, VRR, ALLM, QMS and QFT, plus NVIDIA G-SYNC Compatible, AMD FreeSync, HGiG and a response time under 0.1 ms, while a soundbar connects via eARC.

Who it is for: a living room or home cinema, especially if the TV will be wall-mounted, and for anyone who wants stronger built-in sound. It also suits console and PC gaming at high frame rates, and OLED contrast shows best in a dimmed room.
