TCL 40S5L: 40-inch Full HD QLED TV with Android TV, Chromecast and Dolby Audio

The TCL 40S5L is a 2026 TCL S5L series TV with a 40-inch Full HD QLED screen (1920 × 1080). Direct LED backlighting lights the screen from behind, and a quantum dot layer widens the colour range. The native refresh rate is 60 Hz and brightness is 300 cd/m². The TCL IPQ 2.0 processor handles the picture, and HDR10 is supported.

Sound comes from a 20 W 2.0 system with Dolby Audio, and a soundbar or headphones can be connected via the optical or headphone output. The TV runs Android TV 11, can be controlled by voice with Google Assistant, content from a phone can be cast with built-in Chromecast, and HbbTV gives access to broadcasters' interactive services. There are 2 HDMI inputs, USB, Wi-Fi, Ethernet and Bluetooth, and a game mode with ALLM for gaming.

Who it is for: a kitchen, bedroom, children's room or summer house that needs a compact TV with streaming apps and a terrestrial, cable or satellite TV tuner.

When will I get TCL 40S5L?

TCL 40S5L is in our warehouse in Riga, Rēzeknes iela 3A. Pickup 1 hour after ordering, business days 11:00-18:00. With our van in Riga and within 20 km of the warehouse we deliver the same day if you order on a business day by 17:00 (12 to 20 km by 12:00). DPD across Latvia: order by 14:00 and we dispatch the same day, delivery in 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays are processed on the next business day.

How much is delivery?

Delivery of TCL 40S5L in Riga and within 20 km of our warehouse at Rēzeknes iela 3A with our van to the building door: from 20 €. DPD to the building door: 9 € in the 12 major cities, 9-11 € in the rest of Latvia depending on the postcode. Delivery takes 1-2 working days after dispatch.

What should I do if the item is damaged in delivery?

Inspect the packaging and the item on delivery, record any visible damage in the delivery document together with the courier and tell us right away. If you notice damage later, after opening the packaging, write or call us as soon as possible and attach a photo or video.

We are responsible for transport damage until the item is handed over to you: we will replace it, repair it or refund you. Not recording damage on delivery does not take away your right to report a lack of conformity within 2 years.

Can I return an item?

Yes. Within 14 days of receiving it you can withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason, and then return the item within 14 days. Use it only as much as needed to inspect it, just as in a store.

The buyer pays for the return transport: bring the item to our warehouse at Rēzeknes iela 3A, or in Riga and within 20 km we collect it for the delivery price (20 / 25 / 40 €). If the item is faulty or not as described, you do not pay these costs.

We refund within 14 days of the notice; if you return the item yourself, once we receive it or proof of sending. You can withdraw online: Withdraw from the contract.

The following cannot be returned: personal care items with opened packaging or a broken protective seal (for example toothbrushes, epilators, shavers, headphones, cosmetics), perishable goods, opened audio or video recordings, software and game packages, and consumables (cartridges, toners, batteries, rechargeable batteries).

How can I pay?

By bank transfer, in cash (when collecting or on delivery with our own van) or in parts with ESTO. We do not accept bank cards at the moment. With DPD the order is paid before dispatch.
