How to choose an LG QNED TV
QNED is LG's LCD TV line that sits between NanoCell and OLED in the LG range. Models labelled QNED Mini LED have Mini LED diodes in the backlight with local dimming zones, which give deeper black and a brighter HDR picture. Here are all our LG QNED TVs from 43 to 86 inches, all with webOS.

QNED or OLED
QNED is a bright LCD screen that suits a bright living room and long TV viewing, and static logos do it no harm. LG OLED gives completely black images and wider viewing angles, most noticeable in films in a dark room. If you are choosing between them, also compare the price at the same screen size.

Frequently asked questions
Is QNED the same as QLED?
No. QNED is LG's name, while QLED is used by Samsung, TCL and other brands. Both are LCD TVs with an LED backlight, and the differences are in the specific models, not the name. See QLED TVs.
Which LG QNED is good for gaming?
Models with a 120 Hz panel and VRR: QNED85B and QNED85A. Models with a 60 Hz panel suit TV channels and streaming.
Which QNED size should I choose?
Our LG QNED TVs range from 43 to 86 inches. For a 4K TV a comfortable distance is about 1-1.5 times the diagonal: from 1.5 m about 50 inches, from 2.2 m about 75 inches.
