How soon will I get ELECTROLUX LFG719X?

We order ELECTROLUX LFG719X from the supplier: it usually arrives at our warehouse in Riga in 2-5 business days, in rare cases up to 14 business days. We confirm the exact date within 1 business day of your order. Once it is in the warehouse: pickup the same day, our van in Riga the same or next day, DPD across Latvia in 1-2 business days.

Delivery terms

Do I have to pay now, and can I cancel?

No need to pay now: an item ordered from the supplier is paid for once it arrives at the 1Store warehouse (for DPD delivery the invoice is paid before dispatch). Cancellation is free until dispatch. If the supplier does not confirm the item or the date changes, we will let you know and offer a new date or cancellation, and refund any payment within 14 days.

How much is delivery?

Delivery of ELECTROLUX LFG719X in Riga and within 20 km of our warehouse at Rēzeknes iela 3A with our van to the building door: from 20 €. DPD to the building door: 18 € in the 12 major cities, 18-28 € in the rest of Latvia depending on the postcode. Delivery takes 1-2 working days after dispatch.

What should I do if the item is damaged in delivery?

Inspect the packaging and the item on delivery, record any visible damage in the delivery document together with the courier and tell us right away. If you notice damage later, after opening the packaging, write or call us as soon as possible and attach a photo or video.

We are responsible for transport damage until the item is handed over to you: we will replace it, repair it or refund you. Not recording damage on delivery does not take away your right to report a lack of conformity within 2 years.

Can I return an item?

Yes. Within 14 days of receiving it you can withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason, and then return the item within 14 days. Use it only as much as needed to inspect it, just as in a store.

The buyer pays for the return transport: bring the item to our warehouse at Rēzeknes iela 3A, or in Riga and within 20 km we collect it for the delivery price (20 / 25 / 40 €). If the item is faulty or not as described, you do not pay these costs.

We refund within 14 days of the notice; if you return the item yourself, once we receive it or proof of sending. You can withdraw online: Withdraw from the contract.

The following cannot be returned: personal care items with opened packaging or a broken protective seal (for example toothbrushes, epilators, shavers, headphones, cosmetics), perishable goods, opened audio or video recordings, software and game packages, and consumables (cartridges, toners, batteries, rechargeable batteries).
